Give Peace a Chance

Just missing the sixties ( I was born in 1970 ) I have always had a fascination with that decade. The music, fashion and cars from that time I think are really groovy!  Listening to people that were around during that time and watching documentaries about things going on, one of the things that stand out to me were the flower children with their love and peace mentality. In today's society I believe we need more love and peace. Whatever happened to love your neighbor? All I see are people being mean to each other whether it be physically, verbally or online bullying. We all have different opinions and that's what makes for good discussions, not for us to verbally abuse people for having a differing opinion. We are all here on this earth for such a short time that we need to love and respect each other even if we don't agree with others opinions and the way they choose to live their life. As the saying goes... GIVE PEACE A CHANCE!
